Worship at St Berteline's

Worship at St Berteline’s is rooted in our Christian vision: “Faith as small as a mustard seed can achieve great things – even move mountains” (Matthew 17:20). Through daily collective worship and our six core Christian values, we create space for reflection, stillness, and spiritual growth that is inclusive of every member of our school community.
At St Berteline’s, our worship is a special time for the whole school community to come together in reflection, discussion, and shared experience. Rooted in our Christian values, it provides opportunities to explore important themes in a way that is inclusive and respectful of everyone. We encourage all members of our community to engage in a way that is meaningful to them whether through communal prayer, individual prayer, or quiet contemplation helping us to foster a caring and respectful environment where all feel valued and included.
Worship at St Berteline’s is thoughtfully crafted to inspire all participants, from the initial planning stages through to the act of worship itself. It seeks to ignite a transformative spirit, encouraging individuals to reflect deeply and embrace personal growth. Grounded in the belief that even faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains, we invite our community to engage with profound questions and nurture their own spiritual journey. Through this process, we aspire to cultivate courageous advocates who are empowered to lead with compassion and embody the positive change they wish to see in the world.
