Our School Vision and Values

At St Berteline’s, our children, staff, and governors came together in a spirit of unity to identify and agree upon our six Core Christian Values. Through thoughtful discussion and collaboration, we carefully selected the values that we believe best reflect the heart of our school community and help make it a nurturing, inspiring, and inclusive place for all. Love, Hope, Perserverance, Compassion, Friendship and Respect At St Berteline’s, love is at the heart of everything we do. Rooted in Christian belief and practice, our school is a place where every child and adult is valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive. We are proud to be a diverse and inclusive community, where mutual respect and understanding are nurtured every day.

Our aim is to provide a caring and stimulating environment that inspires a love of life and a love of learning. We take time to recognise and develop each child’s unique potential — educationally, creatively, and spiritually. Together, as children, staff, families, and governors, we grow as one family — united in purpose, rich in diversity, and grounded in faith.
